Since 2016, her work has focused on building and evolving software that has to survive real constraints: domain complexity, integration boundaries, release pressure, maintainability and team scale.

Global Search / Hotel CRM

Search experience for a hotel CRM, focused on keyboard-driven navigation, scalable queries and a cleaner contract between the Flutter UI and backend services.

Problem

Operational users needed to find reservations, guests and CRM entities quickly without depending on a slow, screen-by-screen workflow.

Technical approach

I reworked the search experience around Clean Architecture, BLoC/Cubit state boundaries, overlay interactions, keyboard navigation and an explicit API contract with the Yii/MySQL backend.

Outcome

The result was a faster search flow, lower UI coupling, clearer frontend/backend responsibilities and a more scalable base for extending search behavior across product areas.

Corporate backend work for business processes where data integrity, consistency and maintainable service boundaries were central to the product.

A three-month project at Adviters for Swiss Medical, focused on Flutter components, token workflows and AI-assisted innovation around UI delivery.

Problem

The team needed a scalable way to align product UI across platforms, keep component documentation close to implementation and improve the flow between design and code.

Technical approach

I worked with the Flutter design system in Widgetbook, stayed aligned with the React and Tailwind counterpart, and collaborated around Supernova token workflows, Figma MCP usage and AI-assisted tooling experiments.

Outcome

This strengthened the bridge between design tokens, Figma, Flutter components and cross-platform implementation practices, while giving the team practical AI exploration inside the design system workflow.

I led the mobile team responsible for the cards module, covering debit and credit cards, physical and virtual flows, theft/loss reporting, card pause actions and transaction views. I worked on API integrations using BLoC, Clean Architecture, dependency injection and the product design system.
